摘　　要：目的:检测舌鳞癌中MEG3长链非编码RNA的表达,探讨其与肿瘤分期、分级的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR检测94例舌鳞癌及其配对癌旁正常黏膜组织中MEG3的表达,分析其表达与肿瘤临床分期、颈淋巴结转移的关系。实验结果经Graphpad软件分析后,绘制散点图并作不同方法的相关分析。结果:舌鳞癌组织与配对癌旁正常组织的MEG表达显著降低(P<0.01)。MEG3的表达在舌鳞癌晚期(Ⅲ-Ⅳ期)中较早中期(Ⅰ-Ⅱ期)显著降低(P<0.01),有淋巴结转移组较无淋巴结转移组显著降低(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移的组织中,淋巴结转移灶较原发癌灶表达减少(P<0.05)。结论:MEG3在舌鳞癌中表达显著降低,与舌鳞癌的转移倾向有一定关系,可作为潜在的舌鳞癌临床分期、分级的指标。PURPOSE： To examine the MEG3 lncRNA expression in tongue squamous cell carcinomas （TSCC） and correlate it with patients clinical status. METHODS： The expression of MEG3 lneRNA was examined by quantitative reverse transcription-PCR in 94 TSCC patients and paired adjacent normal tissues （ANTs）, and correlated to the pathoelinical status of the patients. The data were analyzed by different methods and scatter plot was made by Graphpad software. RESULTS： The expression of MEG3 lncRNA was significantly decreased in TSCC tissues compared with ANTs （P〈0.01）. Expression of MEG3 lncRNA was more impaired in advanced TSCCs （Stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ, P〈0.01） and were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Expression of MEG3 lncRNA was attenuated in TSCCs and might correlate with cancer metastasis, which could be served as a potential biomarker of TSCC staging.
