摘 要:目的探讨中职生的生活事件状况、应对方式现状及二者之间的关系。方法采用《青少年生活事件量表》和《简易应对方式量表》对199名中职生进行调查,并与高中生进行比较。结果 (1)生活事件中,中职生和高中生的学习压力得分差异不显著(P>0.05);中职生人际交往因子得分低于高中生,其他4个因子得分均高于高中生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)中职生的消极应对维度得分显著高于高中生(P<0.05),中职生的消极应对维度得分和生活事件存在显著的正相关(P<0.05);(3)学习压力和人际关系压力对消极应对方式有正向预测作用(P<0.05)。结论中职生的生活事件和应对方式有着紧密的联系。Objective To understand the correlation between the life events and coping style of vocational students. Method The Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List( ASLEC) and "Coping Style "were used to survey 199 vocational students. Findings( 1) The vocational students' scores in punishment factor,loss factor,health adaptation factor and other factors were significantly higher than those of senior high school students.( 2) The vocational students' scores in negative coping style was significantly higher than that of the senior high school students.( 3) There was a significant positive correlation between life events and negative coping style.( 4) The learning pressure and interpersonal pressure played a positive predictive role in the negative coping styles of vocational students. Conclusion There are close connections between the life events and the coping style of vocational students.
