摘　　要：以问题解决的方式,提出工业、农业和服务业三个部门和煤电系统投入产出问题两个典型案例,通过问题提出和方案解决两方面来对案例进行分析,特别是在方案解决过程中着重Excel工具的使用。This paper puts forward the problems of input and output with the lines of industry,agriculture and service. It analyzes the cases by means of problem presenting and solving. It particularly lays emphasis on the use of Excel in the course of solution.
