急性脑梗死患者血浆氧化型低密度脂蛋白浓度与动脉斑块的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)浓度与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系。方法:选择我院收治的120例确诊为ACI的患者(ACI组),根据颈动脉超声检查结果,患者被分为有斑块组(110例)和无斑块组(10例),有斑块的110例患者中稳定型斑块80例,不稳定型斑块30例。选择同期60例非脑血管疾病患者为对照组,测定比较各组血浆ox-LDL浓度。结果:与对照组比较,ACI组血浆ox-LDL浓度[(0.29±0.37)mg/L比(0.69±0.25)mg/L]显著升高;与无斑块组比较,有斑块组血浆ox-LDL浓度[(0.41±0.39)mg/L比(0.75±0.37)mg/L]显著升高;与稳定型斑块组比较,不稳定型斑块组血浆ox-LDL浓度[(0.59±0.37)mg/L比(0.82±0.29)mg/L]显著升高,P均<0.05。结论:ACI患者体内颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成与血浆ox-LDL水平有关,血浆ox-LDL水平还可反映颈动脉斑块的稳定性。Objective：To explore the relationship between plasma concentration of oxidized low density lipoprotein（ox-LDL）and carotid atherosclerotic plaques in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods：A total of 120 ACI patients treated in our hospital were selected.According to carotid artery ultrasound examined outcome,they were divided into plaque group（n=110）and no plaque group（n=10）.Among the 110 patients with plaques,there were 80 cases with stable plaques and 30 cases with unstable plaques.Meanwhile,another 60 patients without cerebrovascular diseases were enrolled as control group.Plasma ox-LDL concentration was measured and compared between all groups.Results：Compared with control group,there was significant rise in plasma ox-LDL concentration[（0.29±0.37）mg/L vs.（0.69±0.25）mg/L]in ACI group;compared with no plaque group,there was significant rise in plasma ox-LDL concentration[（0.41±0.39）mg/L vs.（0.75±0.37）mg/L]in plaque group;compared with stable plaque group,there was significant rise in plasma ox-LDL concentration[（0.59±0.37）mg/L vs.（0.82±0.29）mg/L]in unstable plaque group,P〈0.05 all.Conclusion：Carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation is related to plasma ox-LDL level in ACI patients.Plasma ox-LDL level can reflect stability of carotid plaque also.
