摘 要:目的通过对该院临床药师工作模式与考核体系的探索与建立,为促进医院临床药学发展提供参考。方法参考国家临床药学工作开展模式与制度,制定该院临床药学工作标准与量化考核体系,并在实践过程中验证其可行性。结果规范化的临床药师工作模式和考核管理,不仅使临床药师的工作在病区有序开展,同时也为临床药师量化考核提供了依据。结论药师工作积极性得以激励、作用得到体现、社会地位提高,药师得到社会认可前程远大。Objective To explore and establish the work model and examination system of clinical pharmacists in the hospital thus providing reference for promoting the development of clinical pharmacy development in the hospital. Methods The clinical pharmacy work standards and quantitative assessment system were made by referring to the national clinical pharmacy work development model and system and the feasibility was verified in the practical process. Results The standardized clinical pharmacist work model and examination management can not only make the clinical pharmacist work develop in an order manner in the ward, but also provide basis for the quantitative assessment of clinical pharmacists. Conclusion Thus the work enthusiasm of pharmacists is motivated, the effect is reflected, and the status is improved, and the future of the pharmacists is bright after they are recognized by society.
