品管圈在手术室护士情绪控制管理中的应用

摘　　要：品管圈活动提高了手术室护士的整体素质,在控制护士负面情绪方面效果显著,对于促进医护配合和提升手术质量发挥了积极作用。该文通过开展了相应的品管圈管理活动,成立了情绪控制品管圈,从强化领导管理、举行心理讲座、注重心理疏导、营造良好环境和培养沟通技巧等方面提出了情绪控制管理的实施方法。Quality control circle activities improve the overall quality of nurses in the operation room, in the control of negative emotional aspects of nurses, the effect is significant, for the promotion of health care and improve the quality of surgery has played a positive role. This paper carried out the corresponding QCC management activities, set up the emotional control of quality control circle, from strengthening the leadership and management, held seminars, pay attention to psychological counseling, to create a good environment and communication skills training and other aspects of the implementation of emotional control management.
