摘  要:频率调整是"电力系统稳态分析"课程的重要内容。借助于发电机组自动调速系统进行的频率一、二次调整,可以保证负荷波动引起的频率变化在允许范围之内。在该课程教学过程中,应充分理解频率一、二次调整的原理、相互关系及作用。本文将发电机组自动调速系统的工作原理和功频特性结合在一起,讨论了这二者变量变化规律表达不同的原因,并在发电机组一、二次调整特性基础上讨论了二者的配合和相互作用。Frequency control is an important content of Steady-State Analysis of Electric Power System course. Pri- mary and secondary frequency control is implemented with the aid of automatic speed governor system equipped in generator units to control frequency variation caused by load wave within permissible range. During the teaching process, the basic law, relationship and function of primary and secondary frequency control should be fully under- stood . The operating principle of automatic speed governor system of generator units should be combined with char- acteristic of active power and frequency. And the reason why there is a different statement on the law of parameter variation is discussed. And coordination and interaction of the first and the second frequency regulation are dis- cussed based on their regulation characteristics.
