摘  要:使用弧焊机器人工作站,配套以专用焊接夹具或工装,采用MIG等焊接工艺,组成高效、柔性焊接系统,对汽车零部件包括底盘、车身覆盖件以及动力系统各类零部件进行弧焊焊接。机器人工作站设置考虑了操作的安全性和环境保护要求,利用机器人系统本身的优势开发了强大的应用程序,采用友好和简易的编程界面,操作简单、易学。焊接夹具设计考虑了空间的复杂定位、定位点选择合理、定位方式正确,有效防止了变形。论述了该系统焊接汽车拖拽架等零部件过程。通过现场调试及测试,该套系统能保证产品质量,提高生产效率,减少成本消耗。By using the arc welding robot workstation, matching of special welding jigs or fixtures, applied of MIG and other welding technology ,the efficient and flexible welding system is established. The system was applied for welding the automotive components, including chassis,body panels and various parts of the power system. The robot workstation takes into account the safety of operation and environmental protection requirements, a powerful application is developed by using the advantages of the robot system itself. The use of friendly and simple programming interface makes the operation be simple and easy to learn. Welding fixture design takes into account the complex positioning of space,location point selection is reasonable,location style is correct,so the jigs prevent the deformation effectively. The paper discusses welding car towing rack and other components by using the system. By means of practical adjustment and measure, the system can ensure product quality,improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
