STA缓解前牙牙髓炎治疗过程中的疼痛效果

摘　　要：目的:评估口腔无痛麻醉仪(STA)减轻患者疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选择临床病例100例随机分配至实验组和对照组各50例,对照组用传统的注射器采用传统方法注射麻醉,实验组用STA在牙周膜内注射麻醉,麻醉药物均用必兰麻,麻醉4min舌面穿髓治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)统计注射时和穿髓时疼痛程度。结果:实验组与对照组注射麻药时的VAS值差异明显(P<0.05),穿髓时VAS值差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:使用STA无痛麻醉仪在前牙牙髓炎治疗中能有效减轻患者疼痛,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective：To compare the effects of traditional method and single tooth anesthesia in anterior teeth pulpitis.Methods：100cases were selected and randomly assigned to two groups（n=50each）.The control group underwent the traditional method of anesthesia injection and the experimental group underwent the Single tooth anesthesia（STA）.All the groups were given Primacaine for 4minutes.Pain visual analogue scale（VAS）was used to analyze the degree of pain during the open pulp therapy.Results：The injection pain value（VAS value）is significantly different between experimental group and the control group（P〈0.05）.The pain value during open pulp treatment（VAS value）has not obvious difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The SAT painless anesthesia instrument can effectively relieve the pain during the treatment of anterior teeth pulpitis and deserves to be recommended in clinical application.
