摘　　要：以泰勒的行为目标模式为基础,参考国内外经管类实验教学评价的相关文献,结合大连理工大学的实际情况,提出学生学习效果的评价体系和教师教学效果评价体系,通过学生评价、教师评价和同行评价达到教学互动、师生互动的目的,为实验教学评价提出新的思路。The rapid development of market economy puts forward new requirements for talents of economics and management.Dalian University of Technology explores new teaching mode to keep a breast of the times.As far as experimental teaching of economics and management,significant changes have been noted in quantity and form of experimental courses.This paper puts forward the evaluation system of teaching effect.This evaluation system can be done by students,teachers and peers.Aiming at achieve teaching interactivity and teacher-student interaction,this paper puts forward new ideas for the experimental teaching evaluation.
