摘　　要：目的讨论社区流动儿童计划免疫管理对策。方法选取该院2010年—2015年免疫科接种的23 867人次流动儿童的资料进行回顾,统计流动儿童麻疹、脊灰、乙脑、百白破以及流脑五苗基础免疫以及强化免疫的情况。结果2010年接种1 925人次、2011年接种2 479人次、2012年接种人次2 799人次、2013年接种4 145人次、2014年接种6 041人次、2015年接种6 478人次。结论每年流动儿童的五苗基础免疫人次以及加强免疫人次明显增加,加大宣传力度,建设系统化的预防接种系统,强化主动搜索是提高流动儿童计划免疫管理效果的重要手段。Objective To discuss the strategies of planned immunization management of community floating children. Methods The data of 23867 cases of floating children in the immunization department in our hospital from 2010 to 2015 were selected and the measles, measles, polio, epidemic encephalitis B and diphtheria and epidemic cerebrospinal meningi- tis basic immunization and supplementary immunization of the floating children were counted. Results 1925 cases had an inoculation in 2010, 2479 cases had an inoculation in 2011, 2799 cases had an inoculation in 2012, 4145 cases had an in- oculation in 2013, 6041 cases had an inoculation in 2014, and 6478 cases had an inocuiation in 2015. Conclusion The ba- sic immunization number and supplementary immunization number of the floating children obviously increased every year, increasing the publicity force, constructing the systematical porophylactic vaccination system and intensifying the active search are the important means of improving the planned immunization management effect of floating children.
