摘　　要：在骨科护理过程中,护理细节可以影响病人康复、安全和愈后功能恢复,其中存在人力配置、缺乏专科护理规章制度和完善的岗前教育、护理质量管理不到位等护理管理隐患,护士存在责任心不强、专业知识不足以及患者和病房环境隐患。在实际工作中,应根据骨科护理中的隐患,加强护理管理,通过定期的学习和培训提高护士综合素质,使之能够在工作中及时地发现问题,重视细节,提高了护士对护理隐患的重视程度,提高护士的整体护理意识,加强病房环境建设,显著降低护理不良事件的发生率,促进患者早日康复。In the orthopaedic nursing course, the nursing details can affect the patient＇s rehabilitation, safety and function recovery after cure, and the nursing management hidden dangers such as manpower allocation, lack of specific nursing regulations and perfect pre-job education and poor nursing quality management exist, and for nurses, the hidden dangers such as no enough responsibilities, insufficient professional knowledge, patient and ward environment exist. In the practical work,we should enhance nursing management according to the hidden dangers in the orthopaedic nursing, improve the nurse ＇s overall quality by regular learning and training thus making them find out problems in work in time, paying attention to details, improving the nurse＇s attention to nursing hidden dangers and improving the overall nursing awareness of patients,and enhance the construction of ward environment thus obviously reducing the incidence rate of nursing adverse events and promoting the early rehabilitation of patients.
