河北民俗文化外译前景分析及对策

摘　　要：民俗文化是传统文化的重要组成部分,其传播和发展是提高传统文化综合竞争力的重要环节。民俗文化的传播离不开翻译,而现今河北民俗文化的外译面临文化丢失及高端翻译人才匮乏的困境,但同时也有国家战略与政策支撑、民俗文化资源丰富及外语人才培养力度加强等优势。在分析困境及优势的基础上,制定相应的对策,对加强河北民俗文化的宣传力度,提升河北的国际形象和知名度有积极的推动作用。Folk culture is one of the important parts of traditional culture.Spreading and developing folk culture is an important procedure to improve the comprehensive competitiveness.Spreading folk cul-ture needs translation.However,the translation of Hebei folk culture is faced with the disadvantages of the loss of culture and the lack of advanced translation talents as well as the advantages of the support from the nation,rich folk cultural resources and the importance attached to the training of talents of foreign langua-ges.Based on the analysis of these disadvantages and advantages,the paper suggests some strategies for the translation of Hebei folk culture,which is expected to contribute to the publicity of Hebei folk culture and the promotion of the international image and popularity of Hebei.
