摘 要:车身NVH特性是影响乘坐舒适性的关键.基于振动声学理论,利用频率响应法,分析车身的振动灵敏度和声学灵敏度,对比车内空间增加20mm前后声学模态和噪声传递函数.通过分析研究,获取了振动和噪声响应峰值较高的连接点,得到优化前后的模态频率、振型基本一致,优化后部分连接点声压值更优.分析结果表明:后悬架弹簧左支座振动灵敏度,排气悬挂-2声学灵敏度较高;车内增加20mm的方案可行.为SUV车身NVH特性研究及车身结构设计优化提供了重要依据.NVH characteristics of the body is the key to influence ride comfort.Based on the vibration acoustic theory,by using of the frequency response method,the vibration sensitivity and the acoustic sensitivity of the vehicle body were studied.The acoustic mode and noise transfer function were compared before and after increasing the interior space of 20 mm.Through the analysis,the results identify the joinpoints with higher response peak value.The modal frequency and vibration mode are basically the same and the acoustic pressure of some optimized joinpoints are better.The results show that the rear susp-spring-LH vibration sensitivity and the exhaust-2acoustic sensitivity are higher.The scheme of increasing 20 mm interior space in the car is feasible.It offers an important basis for the research of NVH characteristics and optimization of body structure design of SUV body.
