摘  要:农村中小学撤点并校后,我国义务教育阶段农村寄宿制学校大量增加,留守儿童是主要群体,这类学校已经成为我国农村教育特有的办学模式。这一状况使得学校的管理职能、办学定位、教师角色及其工作内容等方面都发生了很大转变。随着学校办学职能扩大、功能增加,以往以分数为导向的质量评价标准,已经不适应于对农村寄宿制中小学教育质量的综合评价。对这类特殊办学模式下的中小学教育质量综合评价,既需要有促进学校本身从规范其办学行为到逐渐形成特色的发展性评价,又需要切实贯彻落实教育部以促进学生发展为本的教育质量综合评价。前者是基础,后者是根本。There has been a drastic increase in the number of boarding schools of compulsory education in rural areas since the implement of school closure and merger.Left-behind children is the major group in boarding schools,and boarding school has become a characteristic school operating model in rural areas.This leads to great changes in the function of school management,Orientation of school running,teacher role and teachers' duties.With the broadening functions of school operation,the old test-score-oriented standards for evaluating education quality no longer fit for the the need of a comprehensive evaluation of the education quality in primary and secondary boarding schools in rural areas.To cater to the quality evaluation of this special type of school operating model,schools should regulate their operation on the one hand and gradually adopt developmental evaluation on the other side.Meanwhile,schools should implement the comprehensive evaluation advocated by the Ministry of Education to promote students' development.While the former lays the basis,the latter is the fundamental means.
