摘　　要：构建和弘扬先进的医院文化理念对于树立医院的良好形象、增强医院凝心聚力能力、促进医院健康持续发展具有重要作用。要着重抓好思想认同和凝心聚力、组织领导和科学管理、科技兴医和追求卓越、以人为本和服务至上、廉洁从医和风清气正等主要方面,以建立起有医院特色的精神文化、管理文化、科技文化、服务文化、廉洁文化。The establishment and development of advanced cultural concept in hospitals is of great importance to setting up good image,enhancing the capabilties of gathering strength and promoting the healthy and sustainable development.More attention should be paid to such aspects as the ideological recognition and gathering strength,organizational leadership and scientific management,rejuvenation of medical service through science and technology,pursuit of excellence and service first,and advocation of people-oriented and efficient medical service in harmonious environemnt in order to build up the characteristic culture in the ideology,management,science and technolgy,serivce and honesty.
