摘　　要：目的探究非小细胞肺癌在放疗前后的血清肿瘤标记物的变化情况及临床意义。方法方便选择该院2013年1月—2015年12月收治的66例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象比较为观察组,另选择60名健康志愿者作为对照组,观察组患者放疗前后的各血清肿瘤标记物的变化情况。结果观察组患者放疗前血清肿瘤标记物相关指标均与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组放疗后TPS(117.27±35.72)U/L、VEGF(173.25±40.34)pg/m L、NSE(13.27±3.92)ng/m L、CEA(8.09±3.42)ng/m L、CA125(16.83±3.18)U/m L、CYFRA21-1(6.12±0.93)U/L,放疗前明显降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论非小细胞肺癌患者的血清TPS、VEGF、NSE、CEA、等肿瘤标记物作为临床诊断鉴别的重要指标,对于非小细胞的肺癌患者的观察治疗及预后具有重要指导意义。Objective To explore the changes in non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance of serum tumor markers before and after radiotherapy. Methods Convenient selection our hospital in January 2013 to December 2015 were treated 66 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients as research subjects comparative observation group, another 60 cas- es of healthy volunteers as a control group, the serum tumor markers observed in patients before and after radiotherapy vari- ation thereof. Results Observe patients before radiotherapy serum tumor markers related indicators showed that there were significant differences （P 〈0.05） with the control group; the observation group after radiotherapy TPS （117.27± 35.72） U/L, VEGF（173.25± 40.34） pg/mL, NSE（!3.27 ± 3.92） ng/mL, CEA（8.09 ± 3.42） ng/mL, CA125（16.83 ±3.18）U/mL, CYFRA21- 1 （6.12 ± 0.93） U/L, prior to radiotherapy significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Serum TPS non-small eell lung cancer, VEGF, NSE, CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1 and other tumor markers in elinical differential diagnosis as an important indicator of important guiding significance for observation and treatment of patients with non- small cell lung cancer and prognosis .
