胃镜下间歇、多次扩张在食管良性狭窄治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究胃镜下间歇、多次扩张在食管良性狭窄治疗中的应用。方法整群选取在该院接受治疗的食管良性狭窄患者78例,患者的收治时间均在2013年2月—2015年5月期间,将78例食管良性狭窄患者随机分成两组,每组各有患者39例,研究组患者接受胃镜下间歇、多次扩张治疗,参照组患者接受胃镜下单次扩张治疗。观察两组患者的疗效、治疗前后的食管狭窄段直径以及吞咽障碍。结果在治疗后,研究组患者的狭窄段直径为(16.38±1.92)mm,明显大于参照组患者狭窄段直径(12.69±1.53)mm,研究组患者的临床总有效率为100%(39/39),明显高于参照组患者的临床总有效率84.62%(33/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对食管良性狭窄患者进行胃镜下间歇、多次扩张治疗能改善患者食管狭窄情况及吞咽障碍,推荐临床应用。Objective To study the gastroscope under intermittent, repeatedly used in benign esophageal stricture dilation therapy. Methods Group selection in our hospital treated 78 cases of benign esophageal stenosis, patients were admitted to time in February 2013 - May 2015 period, 78 patients with benign esophageal stenosis were randomly divided into two groups of 39 patients each in which a group ,Patients in the study group were treated with intermittent and repeated expan- sion, and the patients in the reference group were treated by endoscopic single expansion. Observe the curative effect of the two groups of patients, the diameter of the esophageal stenosis and swallowing disorder before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the stricture diameter study group patients was （16.38 ± 1.92）mm, significantly greater than the reference seg- ment diameter stenosis patients（12.69 ± 1.53）ram, clinical research group of patients, the total effective rate was 100% （39/39） clinical reference group of patients was significantly higher than the total efficiency of 84.62% （33/39）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Benign esophageal stenosis in patients with intermittent gastroscopy, multiple expansion treatment can improve the patient＇s esophagus stenosis and dysphagia, recommended clinical applications.
