摘　　要：从教学目标、读者需求、图书馆职能及声像资源使用等方面,阐述了学习英语口语的意义,探讨了开展英语小剧场口语学习的准备工作以及开展英语小剧场口语学习的具体方法,以期使高校图书馆的声像资源得到更多利用,并为高校图书馆教育职能的拓展提供新的空间。This paper expounds the significance of oral English learning from the aspects of teaching goals, reader demands, library functions and audio-visual resources utilization, and probes into the preparatory works and concrete methods for carrying out the oral English learning through little English theater in order to make more use of audio-visual resources in university library and provide new space for the expansion of educational function of university library.
