摘　　要：针对军校中青年教员教学能力发展问题,结合计算机基础教学改革有关情况,分析了开展课题研究的基本思路和研究应采取的主要方法,提出了军校计算机教员教学能力发展研究的核心内容,阐述了研究中可能遇到困难的应对观点。To cultivate young teachers＇ capabilities in military academies, we analyze the current problems and challenges young teachers frequently encounter during their research, and make some pro-posals for capability cultivation, including core research contents and approaches to overcome such barriers.
