摘  要:针对重钢一炼钢厂210t转炉造渣工艺的不足,根据转炉冶炼过程温度分析和炉渣渣系分析,优化了造渣工艺的加料模式和冶炼中期供氧流量。通过造渣制度优化,提高了转炉脱磷效率,降低了辅料消耗及钢铁料消耗,取得良好的效果。According to the disadvantages of slagging system for 210 t converter by in CISC new district, the feeding mode of the slagging process and oxygen flow rate during steelmaking medium period were optimized by analyzing the temperature of steelmaking process and slagging system. Through the optimization of slagging system, good results were obtained at the first stage campaign in CISC district, which improved the efficiency of the convener dephosphorization, reduced the consumptions of quickened lime and slag forming material and steel material.
