摘　　要：大数据时代使整个社会发生深刻变化,信息化逐渐成为社会主流趋势,作为独立于立法、司法、行政外的"第四权力",媒体的重要性日益凸显,同时也对侦查行为产生了重要影响。现阶段,媒体介入对于侦查行为的影响仍然有待定性,因此,必须正视媒体对侦查工作的影响,均衡媒体行为与侦查行为,达到侦查与媒体契合的平衡点,进而助力中国特色社会主义法治建设。In the Big Data Age, profound changes have taken place in the whole society, so the informationization has become the mainstream trend of society. As a ＂fourth power＂ independent of legislation,judicature and administration, the importance of the media has become increasingly prominent and made significant influence on the behavior of investigation.At the present stage, the influence of media intervention on the behavior of investigation remains to be determined.Therefore, we must face up to the influence of the media on the investigation, balance the behavior of the media and the behavior of investigation, achieve the balance between the investigation and the media,and then contribute to the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
