伊春地区山野菜资源开发利用现状与对策

摘　　要：通过对伊春地区21个县(市)区局野生植物的调研,初步统计出本地区有野菜植物32科89种,并阐述了伊春地区山野菜的种类、食用部位、分布、开发利用现状等情况,根据山野菜利用现状分析了伊春地区山野菜开发利用所面临的问题,进而提出了对其进行利用和研究的建议。The wild plants in the 21 counties （cities） of Yichun area were choose, the situation of the species,edible parts,distribution,development and utilization status of wild vegetables in Yichun area, etc. was elaborated. Preliminary calculated out that there were 32 families and 89 species of wild vegetables in this region. The existing problems based on the current situation of the wild vegetables in the process of development and utilization of Yichun areawere analyzed,and then some constructive suggestions on the use and research were put forward .
