摘　　要：高校体育专业学生就业难的主要原因来自于社会针对体育专业学生的就业环境不利、专业不对口等因素,也包括了体育专业学生自身能力与社会需求的匹配问题。合理优化课程结构,完善教学方法与考评体系建设,提高学生心理素质,调配政府应对措施,是高校体育专业学生应对就业困境的对策。The reasons for the employment of sports majors in university mainly lie in such factors as the unfavorable employment environment in society for sports majors and the professional mismatch, also including the mismatch between sports majors＇ ability and social needs. It is solution for sports majors in university to deal with the employment difficulties to reasonably optimize the curriculum structure, perfect the teaching methods and assessment system construction, improve the students＇ psychological quality and adjust government response.
