大学生寝室安全文化的法治逻辑重构

摘　　要：法治逻辑是构建大学生寝室安全文化的一个重要维度。以法治逻辑考量,当下大学生寝室安全文化存在理论与实践的双重失范,显示出不容小觑的异化症候:法治理念的缺位、法治思维的错位和法治方式的越位。以法治逻辑重构大学生寝室安全文化,必须强化法治理念,从国家立法层面完善与大学生寝室安全保障相关的法律法规;强化法治思维,在学校顶层设计层面严格贯彻"以人为本、安全为纲"的法治原则;强化法治方式,在全员保障大学生寝室安全层面坚持德法并举、知行合一的实践路径,构建人本、法治、文明、和谐的大学生寝室安全文化新常态。The legal logic is an important dimension of the construction of college students＇ dormitory safety cul- ture. Under the legal logic, the contemporary college students＇ dormitory safety culture has the double anomy in the theory and practice, which shows the alienation symptoms that should not be underestimated： the absence of the concept of the rule of law, the dislocation of the legal thinking and the offside of the legal mode. To reconstruct the college students＇ dormitory safety culture with the legal logic, we must strengthen the concept of the rule of law, improve the laws and regulations related to the college students＇ dormitory security at the national legislation; strengthen the rule of law thinking, strictly implement the legal principle of ＂people-oriented, safety as the key link＂ at the school top-level design; strengthen the legal mode, adhere to the practice path of combining law and morality, knowledge and practice in the full protection of college students＇ dormitory security, to construct the new normal of college students＇ dormitory safety culture of humanism, legalization, politeness and harmony.
