摘 要:以~1H核磁共振波谱法测定结果为参考,评价差示扫描量热法与电位滴定法测定壳聚糖脱乙酰度的准确度。试验结果表明,差示扫描量热法测定结果与1H核磁共振波谱法更为接近,且标准偏差小于1.5%,表现出较好的准确度和精密度。另外在不同时段和日间的测定结果也较为一致,具有较好的稳定性和重现性。与电位滴定法相比,差示扫描量热法操作简便、快速,直接测定固体样品,无需预处理样品和配置、标定、储存标准溶液,从而可满足相关工业快速检测要求。The accuracy result of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC)and potentiometric titration was evaluated by ^1H NMR method as standard reference. The research revealed that the DSC resuhsweremore closed to those from ^1H NMR and the standard deviations were lower than 1.5%, which possessed better accuracy and precision. In addition, the differences between inter-day and inter-time were very small showing the stability and robustness of the technique.Compare with potentiometric titration, with merit of simplicity, convenience, quickness, directly measured solid samplewhich no needsfor the preparation, standardization, storage of the standard solutionandpretreatment needless. Thereby,it could satisfy the demand of rapid testing of corresponding industrial production.
