摘　　要：分子生物学实验是生物、医药等学科领域应用最为广泛的实验技术之一，其实施过程中常会接触到有毒有害物质，如何保护初学者的安全是该实验教学顺利进行和开展的首要保障。本文介绍了分子生物学实验操作过程中常遇的危害及防护措施，并对该实验教学中如何加强安全教育进行了探讨，为进一步完善高校和科研院所分子生物学实验室安全教育提供参考。Molecular biology experiment is one of the most widely used experimental technologies in biological and medical field, and its implementation may come into contact with toxic or harmful substances.Safety education of molecular biology Experiment is a fundamental insurance for carrying out and developing experiment teaching.This article introduced the hazards and protective measures in the molecular biology experiment operation process, and discussed how to strengthen safety education in the experimental teaching, and expected to provide the references for improving the safety education of molecular biology laboratory in colleges and universities.
