摘 要:深圳地铁7号线与2号线的华强北站换乘通道设计为3条顶管,顶管施工需上跨运营地铁盾构隧道。顶管埋深浅、断面大,并且距离运营地铁盾构隧道最小距离仅为0.59m。顶管依次顶进施工,在进行第2条顶管施工时,运营地铁左线隧道隆起变形超过预警值。本文通过对施工过程和地铁隧道隆起变形监测数据的分析,研究隧道隆起变形的关键因素,并结合现场施工场地条件的限制,提出采用施加配重的措施控制隆起,实测结果表明隆起变形控制效果较好,并且对施工进度的影响较小。The transfer channel between Line No. 2 and Line No. 7 at Huaqiang North Station of Shenzhen Metro is constructed by pipe jacking method. The pipe jacking will cross over the existing two shield tunnels. The pipe jacking works is a very shallow buried one with large cross-section,and the minimum distance to the Line No. 2 tunnel is 0. 59 m. The jacking is executed successively and the deformation in left tunnel of Line No. 2 exceeds the prewarning value. Based on a fully analysis of the tunnel uplift monitoring data,the key factors caused the uplift deformation is studied. Considering the site restriction,concrete blocks is applied to prevent uplift. The measures are proved success and affected the construction progress slightly.
