农村教师心理弹性与工作压力的关系:应对方式的中介作用

摘　　要：为探讨农村教师心理弹性与工作压力的关系,考察应对方式在其中所起的中介作用,采用问卷调查法对1018名农村中小学、幼儿园教师进行调查。结果发现:(1)农村教师心理弹性、工作压力与应对方式之间两两相关显著;(2)农村教师的心理弹性对其工作压力具有负向预测作用,对其应对方式具有正向预测作用;(3)农村教师的应对方式对其工作压力具有正向预测作用;(4)农村教师的应对方式在心理弹性与工作压力之间起部分中介作用。In order to explore the relationship between the psychological resilience and work stress of rural teachers, the mediating effect of coping style was investigated. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 1018 rural primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. Results found： （1）the rural teachers＇ resilience, work stress and coping style are related to each other; （2）the resilience of rural teachers has a negative predictive effect on their work stress, and has a positive predictive effect on their coping styles; （3）the coping style of rural teachers has a positive predictive effect on the working pressure; （4）the coping style of rural teachers plays a part of intermediary role between resilience and job stress.
