农村教师心理弹性与应对方式的中介机制

摘　　要：为探讨农村教师心理弹性与应对方式的关系,并考察工作压力在其中所起的中介作用,采用问卷调查法对1018名农村中小学、幼儿园教师进行调查。结果发现:(1)农村教师心理弹性与应对方式、工作压力之间两两相关显著;(2)农村教师的心理弹性对其应对方式具有正向预测作用,对其工作压力具有负向预测作用;(3)农村教师的工作压力对其应对方式具有正向预测作用;(4)农村教师的工作压力在心理弹性与应对方式之间起部分中介作用。In order to explore the relationship between the resilience and coping style of rural teachers and to investigate the mediating effect of job stress, the questionnaire survey was conducted among 1018 rural primary and middle school teachers and kindergarten teachers. The results showed： （1）the rural teachers＇ resilience and coping style, job stress have significant correlation; （2）the resilience of rural teachers has a positive predictive effect on the coping style, and has a negative predictive effect on the job stress; （3） the job stress of rural teachers has a positive predictive effect on their coping style; （4）the job stress of rural teachers plays a part of intermedi- ary role between resilience and coping style.
