摘　　要：目的：探讨14－3－3zeta蛋白表达与套细胞淋巴瘤（MCL）患者疗效和预后的关系。方法收集2007年3月至2012年3月期间于第四军医大学病理科确诊、血液科住院治疗的12例MCL患者的临床资料，采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测14－3－3zeta蛋白在12例MCL患者中的表达情况，分析其与MCL预后的关系。结果与淋巴结反应性增生相比，12例MCL患者中8例细胞浆中表达14－3－3zeta阳性，阳性表达率为66．7％。14－3－3zeta阳性表达患者总反应率（ORR）、2年总生存（OS）率、2年无进展生存（PFS）率（62．5％，50．0％，37．5％）均低于14－3－3zeta阴性表达患者（75．0％，100．0％，75．0％），有待扩大样本量深入研究。结论 MCL中存在14－3－3zeta蛋白的异常高表达，其表达强弱可能与预后相关。Objective To investigate the relationships of 14-3-3zeta protein expression with the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of the patients with mantle cell lymphoma （ MCL） .Methods Clinical data of 12 MCL patients who were confirmed pathologically and treated in the Department of Hematology of Xijing Hospital between March 2007 and March 2012 were collected and analyzed.The protein expression of 14-3-3zeta in the patients was detected immunohistochemically , and its correlation with the prognosis of the patients was analyzed.Results Compared with reactive lymphoid hyperplasia , 8 cases showed positive expression of 14-3-3zeta in the cytoplasm, accounting for 66.7%.The overall response rate （ORR）, and 2-year overall survival （OS） and 2-year progression-free survival （PFS） were 62.5%,50.0%and 37.5%respectively in the patients with positive expression of 14-3-3zeta, significantly lower than those in the negative expression patients （75.0%, 100.0 and 75.0%）.Our results need in-depth study with larger samples. Conclusion MCL patients have abnormally high expression of 14-3-3zeta protein, and its expression level may be correlated with the patients’prognosis.
