摘 要:采用高能电子束辐射方法引发丙烯酸(AA)单体接枝到聚丙烯(PP)纤维上,制备了一种新型烟用滤嘴材料PP-g-AA,研究了AA体积分数及辐照温度对接枝率的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对PP纤维接枝AA前后的表面化学组成和形貌进行分析。结果表明,PP-g-AA滤嘴纤维对主流烟气中的总粒相物、烟碱和焦油以及酚类化合物的截留效果显著提高。当AA接枝率为12.14%时,主流烟气中总粒相物的含量降低了23.6%;烟嘴过滤效率达到65.7%;焦油和烟碱的含量分别降低了29.5%和21.4%;有效改善了对苯酚、邻/间/对二苯酚、邻/间/对甲酚7种酚类化合的吸附性能,尤其对强致癌物邻苯二酚的吸附容量提高了102%。An acrylic-polypropylene grafting filter material (PP g AA)was prepared by high-energy electron beam irradiation grafting with acrylic acid (AA) onto polypropylene (PP)fibers. The factors, such as monomer concentration and irradiation temperature affected grafting reaction were discussed. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) results showed that AA groups were introduced onto the surface of PP fibers and SEM spectrum revealed the layer morphology of modified fil- ter fibers. The results showed that the PP-g-AA filter fibers had a very good interception effect for the total particulate matter,nicotine, tar and phenolic compounds in the mainstream smoke. The filtration efficiency of fibers was reached 65.7 %. The nicotine and tar reached by 21.4 % and 29.5% compared with the original PP filter fibers,respectively. Espe- cially, the adsorption capacity of highly oncogenic pyrocatechol increased by 102 %. Taken together,it was expected that PP- g-AAfilter fiber could be very promising candidates for functional filtering material for the removal of hazardous substance from cigarette smoke.
