摘　　要：进行性骨干发育不良是一种罕见的的疑难杂病,多以骨痛、乏力和疲乏为主要表现,病因不明,治疗手段有限。中医学上未曾有相关记载,在中医基础理论指导下,名老中医李堪印辨证施治,运用中草药对症及对因治疗取得了满意的临床疗效。Progressive diaphyseal dysplasia（PDD） is one of rare miscellaneous diseases, which mainly showed osteodynia, weakness and tiredness. However, the causes of PDD is still unknown, so that the treatment of which are very limited. Even though there were not any relevant TCM literatures about PDD, famous TCM doctor LI Kan-yin had achieved good effect in the symptomatic and etiological treatment of PDD using traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
