摘 要:为开发出一种秸秆粉碎机前置的果茎兼收自走式多功能玉米联合收获机,需要将割台的调整方式由托举式改为悬挂式。割台悬挂式调整机构是改型玉米收获机的重要组成部分,其强度直接影响到机组作业性能。利用AIP软件的运动仿真和有限元耦合分析功能对割台悬挂机构进行改进设计。通过运动仿真得到割台悬挂机构及割台的运动范围和运动轨迹,进而将悬挂机构运动载荷传递给油缸连接支架和割台支撑装置,通过有限元计算,得了到2个重要部分的等效应力、位移及安全系数,为玉米割台悬挂式机构改进设计提供了理论依据。样机试制和田间试验表明,改进设计的悬挂式割台调整机构在收获作业中稳定可靠,取得了预期改进效果。For developing a kind of corn harvester with front suspension of straw crusher and self-propelled and multifunctional characteristics for corn and stalk, the adjustment mode of header needs to be changed to the suspension type. The suspension adjustment mechanism of header is the important part of the corn harvester, the strength of which directly affects the operational performance of the unit. By using the simulation and the finite element analysis (FEA) of Autodesk Inventor Professional(AIP)software, the suspension mechanism of the header was designed for improvement. According to the simulation, the moving range and the moving trace of the suspension adjustment mechanism and the header were obtained,and then the moving load of the suspension mechanism was transferred to the cylinder connecting bracket and the header support device. The displacement, the equivalent stress and the safety coefficient data of the two important parts were obtained from the FEA with the loading con- ditions. It provided the theoretical basis for the improved design of the suspension adjustment mechanism of header. Through the prototype and field test, the improved design of the suspension adjustment mechanism of the header is reliable,and has achieved the expected results.
