摘 要:Al/Al_2O_3复合材料具有密度小、耐磨、抗高温、抗热震性好等多方面的优异性能,应用日趋广泛。本文选择再造粒的方法制备出了几种配比不同的Al/Al_2O_3复合粉体,比较不同配比的复合粉体的物理性质。对复合粉体进行了火焰喷涂,对喷涂后获得的涂层进行了耐腐蚀性能的检测。Al/Al_2O_3复合粉体的流动性随着Al_2O_3含量增加越来越好,Al_2O_3的质量分数为75%的粉末的流动性最好。而Al_2O_3的质量分数为80%的涂层的耐腐蚀性能最好。Al/Al2O3 composite material has low density, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and many other excellent performance, with the increasingly widespread application. In this paper, several different Al/Al2O3 composite powders were prepared by regranulation, and physical properties of each kind of powder were researched . the composite coatings were fabricated by flame spraying using the composite powders, and the corrosion resistance testing on the coatings were carried out. The flowability of the composite powder was better while the Al2O3 contents were increased, and the powder with 75% Al2O3 had the best flowability. The coating with Al2O3 mass fraction of 80% has the best corrosion resistance.
