摘  要:为了使利用污泥制备的轻骨料有较好的稳定性,选择了碳酸钙、九零型碳化硅和八零型碳化硅三种膨胀剂,研究了不同膨胀剂对轻骨料性能的影响,利用热重(TG)分析曲线分析了三种膨胀剂导致轻骨料膨胀的原因,比较了膨胀剂对轻骨料颗粒强度和吸水率的影响。结果表明:污泥掺量35%、页岩45.5%、粉煤灰19.5%时,外加八零型碳化硅在0.10%~0.16%范围变化时,制备的轻骨料性能较稳定,掺0.12%的轻骨料,经1170℃焙烧轻骨料1 h吸水率为0.86%,24 h吸水率仅仅为1.63%,颗粒强度分别为9.8 MPa,是低吸水、高强度轻的骨料。To make light weight aggregate prepared by sludge have better stability, three kinds of swelling agents were selected, i.e. calcium carbonate, 90 silicon carbide and 80 silicon carbide. The influences of different agents to light weight aggregate were studied, and TG analysis curve was used to analyze the light weight aggregate expansion caused of three kinds of swelling agents. Additionally, this study compared the influences of swelling agent to the strength and water absorption of lightweight aggregate particles. The results indicated that with sludge admixture of 35%, shale of 45.5% and fly ash of 19. 5%, the prepared light weight aggregate performance is more stable when added 80 silicon carbide range was between 0.10% and 0.16%. For 0.12% light weight aggregate, the water absorption of light weight aggregate with 1 h 1170 ~C roasting was 0.86% and the water absorption with 24 h was 1.63%. With particle strengths of 9. 8 MPa respectively, it was a kind of light weight aggregate with low water absorption and high strength.
