中医综合理疗结合肌电生物反馈对脑卒中患者上肢腕背伸功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合理疗结合肌电生物反馈对脑卒中患者上肢腕背伸功能的影响。方法:临床纳入脑卒中患者90例,根据康复训练方案的不同分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组进行中医综合理疗结合肌电生物反馈治疗,对照组仅进行肌电生物反馈治疗。结果:治疗组、对照组治疗有效率分别为91.11%、75.56%,治疗组明显较高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者MBI、FMA以及sEMG评分无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组MBI、FMA以及sEMG评分分别为(50.06±3.24)、(69.98±7.35)、(121.31±3.99),对照组FMA、MBI、sEMG评分分别为(41.23±4.56)、(61.44±7.71)、(104.77±3.28),差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者采用中医综合理疗联合肌电生物反馈治疗可有效改善患者上肢腕背伸功能,从而促进患者的恢复,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective：To observe the impact of integrated physiotherapy of TCM combined with electromyographic biofeedback in the dorsal extension of upper arm for stroke patients.Methods：90stroke patients were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to different rehabilitation training.The treatment group adopted the integrated physiotherapy of TCM combined with electromyographic biofeedback;the control group just adopted the electromyographic biofeedback.The clinical effective rate of two groups was observed.Through the simplified FMA（upper arm）,MBI as well as sEMG of upper arm,the dyskinesia,self-help ability and neuromuscular function of two groups before and after treatment was observed.Results：The treatment group and the control group were 91.11% and 75.56%respectively,and the treatment group was significantly higher（P0.05）.before treatment,the score of FMA,MBI and sEMG of two groups was not significantly different（P0.05）;after treatment,the score of FMA,MBI and sEMG of treatment group was（50.06±3.24）,（69.98±7.35）and（121.31±3.99）;the score of FMA,MBI and sEMG of control group was（41.23±4.56）,（61.44±7.71）and（104.77±3.28）（P0.05）.Conclusion：For stroke patients,the integrated physiotherapy of TCM combined with electromyographic biofeedback has a favorable clinical effect in the dorsal extension of upper arm and can greatly enhance the upper arm function and quality of life for hemiplegic patients.It is worthy of promotion.
