摘　　要：文章基于某外资快餐厅的原始经营数据,对该外资快餐连锁店的目标客户定位数据、人员管理数据、销售数据、就餐人数及产品准备数据进行分析,报告了该外资快餐连锁店的目标客户定位、人员管理、销售情况、就餐人次及产品准备现状,总结外资餐饮企业在我国的微观经营状态。文章运用文献分析法和比较分析法进行数据分析及调查观察,发现国外某连锁餐饮企业在我国的经营问题,得出的经营管理数据为我国餐饮企业经营决策提供依据。通过分析外资快餐厅在我国目标客户的定位以及人员分配管理数据,研究外资连锁餐饮企业在我国的企业管理决策方法,为国内餐饮企业管理提供决策参考。Based on the original operation data of a foreign fast food restaurant, this paper analyzed the target customer orientation data, personnel management data, sales data, dining number and product preparation data. This paper reported on the target customer orientation, personnel management, sales situation, dining time and the current situation of the foreign fast food chain. In this paper, we explored the micro operation state of foreign catering enterprises in our country. Using the method of literature analysis, comparative analysis, Excel data analysis, this paper launched the foreign chain restaurants for real-time observation of the survey. This paper reflected the operation of a certain chain catering enterprises in our country, and obtains the results of the data analysis, which provides the basis for the management of food and beverage enterprises in China. Through the analysis of foreign fast food restaurants in our target customers, positioning and personnel allocation management data, the study of foreign chain catered enterprises in our country enterprise management and decision making method, for the domestic catering enterprises management provide decision-making reference.
