摘 要:针对神朔重载铁路曲线超高设置普遍偏高的情况,以病害发展最为严重的最小400 m半径曲线为例对客货混行条件下合理超高取值进行了研究。首先,分别建立了考虑多车效应的重载货车/客运列车-轨道系统精细化动力分析模型,对车辆系统、钩缓装置中细部构件及部件间接触摩擦等作用机制进行了精细模拟,基于Hertz理论及FASTSIM算法进行轮轨接触计算,利用自主研发设备通过现场参数试验进行轨道建模;基于所建模型对既有超高条件下货车、客车通过曲线时动力特性以及超高逐渐降低后的影响规律进行了系统分析,基于理论仿真分析结果结合规范要求并充分考虑实际运营条件,提出将曲线超高下调10 mm;为了对超高调整方案进行检验,在神朔铁路现场选取曲线试验段对超高进行调整,并分别在超高调整前后开展了轨道结构动力学试验;试验结果对比表明,试验段超高调整后在一定程度上缓解了货物列车过曲线时过超高的行车状态,内外轨受力变形更为均衡,整体轮轨作用力和动位移水平明显降低,可有效减缓轨道伤损病害的发生发展。研究可有效解决神朔铁路曲线内轨病害严重的问题,也可为重载铁路客货混运条件下曲线超高的合理设计提供新思路。Considering that the superelevation is generally overlarge on the curves of Shenshuo Railway,the reasonable superelevation modification under mixed traffic of passenger and freight trains was discussed,taking the curves with 400 m radius as example where track damages develop most heavily. Elaborate dynamic models for the heavy haul freight train-track system and passenger train-track system was established,taking into account the multiple vehicles effect. Various components and interactions between components( e. g. contact friction) in the vehicle and coupler buffer device were modeled detailedly. The wheel-rail contact interactions were calculated based on the Hertz 's theory and Kalker's FASTSIM algorithm. The track was modeled with the help of field parameter experiments conducted by using self-developed devices. The dynamic characteristics of train-track system under existing superelevation when the freight and passenger trains negotiate curves, as well as the influences of the gradual reduction of superelevation, were investigated systematically based on the established models. According to the numerical simulation results,combined with the specifications and actual operation conditions,a modification scheme of reducing the superelevation by 10 mm was put forward. In order to examine the effect of the scheme,a test section was chosen in Shenshuo Railway,and the superelevation was adjusted accordingly. Dynamic tests were conducted separately before and after the adjustment of superelevation. The comparison of test results shows that the superelevation reduction improves the excess superelevation status to some extent for freight trains negotiating curves. The forces and deformations of inner and outer rails become more balanced,and the global wheel-rail forces and displacements decrease obviously,which can effectively slow down the developments of track damages.
