摘 要:现浇支架一般采用对拉钢筋以平衡施工荷载产生的拉力,但当桥梁现浇支架不具备布置精轧螺纹钢的技术条件时,PBL剪力连接件是较好的选择.通过在预埋构件腹板开孔并穿入钢筋形成PBL剪力连接件,能够平衡预埋构件由于施工荷载产生的拉力.以新建京沈客专大凌河特大桥0#块现浇支架为研究对象,研究了PBL剪力连接件在无对拉钢筋现浇支架中的适用性.有限元软件分析计算表明:设计PBL剪力连接件能够平衡预埋构件中由于施工荷载产生的拉力,且安全储备较大;现浇支架整体刚度和强度满足施工技术要求.Cast- in- place bracket generally uses the pulling reinforcement steel bars to balance the pull force caused by construction load,but when the bridge cast- in- place bracket does not have the technical condition of decorating steel bars,PBL shear connector is a better choice. PBL shear connectors are prepared by opening holes in webs of embedded components and putting the steel into the hole to balance the pull force caused by construction load. Taking the cast- in- place bracket of Daling River Bridges 0 # brock for Beijing Shenyang passenger line as the research object,the paper studies the applicability of the PBL shear connectors in a cast- in-place bracket. The finite element analysis and calculation show that the designed PBL shear connectors can balance the pull force of embedded components caused by the construction load,and have a high safety reserve. The stiffness and strength of cast- in- place brackets meet the requirements of the construction.
