摘　　要：目的探讨食管癌放疗前后血清肿瘤标志物CEA、SCC和CYFRA21-1水平的变化及临床价值。方法选取2012年1月至2014年12月在我院进行放疗治疗的食管癌患者65例作为观察组,分别于化疗前后检测患者血清CEA、SCC和CYFRA21-1水平,并与65例健康者(对照组)作对比。结果放疗前,观察组患者血清CEA、SCC和CYFRA21-1水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);放疗后,观察组各肿瘤标志物水平较化疗前明显下降(P<0.05),虽在数值上高于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);肿瘤标志物变化呈下降趋势的患者治疗有效率和疾病控制率均显著高于上升趋势组(P<0.05)。结论血清肿瘤标志物CEA、SCC和CYFRA21-1水平变化可作为临床诊断食管癌的重要指标,同时有助于预后的评估。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical value of serum tumor markers of CYFRA21-1,SCC and CEA in esophageal carcinoma before and after radiotherapy. Methods We selected 65 patients with esophageal cancer as the observation group,who were treated by radiotherapy in our hospital from December2012 to January 2014. Serum levels of SCC, CYFRA21-1 and CEA were detected before and after chemotherapy,and compared with 65 healthy subjects（ control group）. Results Before radiotherapy,the serum levels of CYFRA21-1,SCC and CEA were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. After radiotherapy,the levels of tumor markers in the observation group were significantly decreased when compared with those before chemotherapy（ P〈 0. 05）,Although the values were higher than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）. The effective rate and disease control rate of the patients with the downtrend change of tumor markers were significantly higher than those in the rising trend group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The levels of tumor markers of SCC,CEA and CYFRA21-1 can be used as an important indicator for clinical diagnosis of esophageal cancer,and it is helpful to evaluate the prognosis of esophageal cancer.
