摘 要:目的分析宫颈癌原发灶诊断及盆腔淋巴结分期中正电子发射断层扫描(PET)/CT显像的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2014年4月至2015年10月收治的早期宫颈癌患者61例的临床资料,分析原发灶诊断及盆腔淋巴结分期中PET/CT显像的应用价值。结果经PET/CT显像检查可知,61例患者中,49例患者宫颈局灶出现脱氧葡萄糖代谢增高,12例患者未见异常。PET/CT检查显示,53例显像阴性,宫颈癌原发灶诊断中,PET/CT敏感度为80%(49/61),特异度87%(53/61)。参照术后病理可知,46例患者盆腔淋巴结分期(FIGO)准确,15例分期不准确患者中,9例分期过低,6例分期过高,准确度75%(46/61)。经PET/CT影响调整后,52例准确分期,准确度85%(52/61)。结论宫颈癌原发病灶诊断及盆腔淋巴结分期中,PET/CT显像具有比较高的诊断准确率,可在临床中进一步的推广应用。Objective To analyze cervical cancer diagnosisand pelvic lymph node staging of primary focal the application value of positron emission comtuted tomogrithy (PET)/CT imaging. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in April 2014 to October 2015 were analyzed the clinical data of 61 cases of patients with early cervical cancer, analysis of the original site diagnosis and pelvic lymph node staging the application value of PET/CT imaging. Results By PET/CT imaging examination, 61 cases of patients, 49 cases with cervical focal deoxidization increased glucose meta- bolism, 12 patients were no exception. PET/CT examination showed that negative, 53 cases of imaging in cervical cancer primary tumors diagnosis, the sensitivity of PET/CT was 80% (49/61), specific degree is 87% (53/61). Reference to postoperative pathology, FIGO staging accurately, 46 patients in 15 patients with stage was not accurate, 9 cases of stage was too low, 6 eases of stage was too high, the accuracy of 75% (46/61). That adjusted by PET/CT influence, 52 cases of accurate staging, accuracy of 85.2% (52/61). Conclusion Cervical cancer diagnosis from the primary lesion and pelvic lymph node staging of PET/CT imaging has high diagnostic accuracy, 'can further promote in clinical application.
