发展性学业辅导的实践探索——以南京中医药大学药学院为例

摘　　要：发展性学业辅导重发展、重预防,关注所有学生的全面发展,为培养高质量药学人才提供了新的途径。南京中医药大学药学院的教师结合自身的发展情况,自2012年以来对发展性学业辅导模式进行了有益的探索,并且积累相关经验,为将来发展性学业辅导的进一步推广应用提供借鉴。The notion of developmental academic advising attaches importance to development and pre-vention, focuses on the comprehensive development of all students, this concept provids a novel strat-egy for the development of high-quality pharmaceutical talents. Since 2012, School of Pharmacy ofNanjing University of Chinese Medicineon has practiced the notion of developmental academic advisingand has accumulated beneficial experience for the future popularization and application of developmen-tal academic advising.
