摘　　要：近年来,频频发生的医患矛盾引起了社会广泛关注。虽然引起医患矛盾的原因并不是单方面的,但与医务人员素质低下有着密切关系。医学生是未来医疗事业的继承人,对他们人文关怀能力的培养关系着祖国卫生事业的发展。本文简要分析了人文关怀的内涵及重要作用,并就医学生对人文关怀的认知现状,探讨了针对实习医生人文关怀能力临床培训的具体实施内容及方法。In recent years, the frequent occurrence of doctor-patient contradiction caused widespreadconcern. Although the causes of doctor-patient contradiction were not unilateral, it was closely relatedwith doctors＇ low quality. Medical students are the successors of the future medical enterprise, thetraining of their humanistic care ability are critical to the development of medicine health business.This paper analyzed briefly the concept and important roles of humanistic care, described the presentsituation of medical students＇ understanding of humanistic care, and investigated the specific clinicaltraining contents and methods.
