摘 要:目的对我校五年制医学生进行药理学案例教学并对关于案例教学相关问题进行问卷调查。方法随机从我校2013级临床医学专业学生中抽取114名学生进行了一次案例教学,教学结束后进行问卷调查及分析。结果我校医学生对于药理学教学中应用案例教学法比较感兴趣,84%的学生认为有必要在基础医学教学中加入案例教学法,89%的学生认为案例教学有利于理论联系实践,84%的学生认为案例教学法有利于药理学理论知识的掌握。结论在药理学教学中引入案例教学法有效可行,能充分调动学生的学习积极性,提高药理学教学质量,使药理学真正成为联系基础医学与临床医学的桥梁。但案例教学法实施的过程中还存在很多问题,在我校五年制医学生基础医学教学过程中并未真正的实施。Objective In order to understand the medical students in our University performed role in the case teaching of whole care ability. Five-year once case teaching method on Pharmacology and a ques- tionnaire survey was conducted the related problems of case teaching method. Methods Randomly se- lected 114 students from 2013 clinical medical students in our University to carry out a case study on pharmacology, questionnaire survey and analysis were done after the end of teaching. Results The students is more interested in application of case teaching method in pharmacology t, 84% of the students think it is necessary to use the case teaching method in the teaching of basic medicine and 89 ~ felt case teaching is beneficial to integrate theory with practice, and 84~ believed case teaching method is helpful to master the theory knowledge of Pharmacology. Conclusion The introduction of case teaching method in pharmacology teaching is effective and feasible. It can arouse the enthusiasm of the students to study and improve the quality of pharmacology teaching, so that pharmacology be- come a really bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine. But it is also found that still have many problems in the case teaching method, truly implemented in the teaching process of and it also shown the case teaching method has not been basic medical teaching in five years medical students in our university.
