摘  要:近年来,足病医学专业在我国表现出极其迅猛的发展态势,广大患者对于足部健康越来越重视,对足病的诊疗需求日益突出。然而,足病医学教育应该如何进行、足病专科医生应该怎样培养,这些重要问题在我国仍缺乏较为系统的探索和研究,我国在该领域的专业人才依然十分匮乏。反观美国、英国、澳大利亚等发达国家,他们专门开设足病医学专业的学位教育,特色鲜明、历史悠久、育人无数。本文通过介绍这些发达国家开设足病医学专业的历史背景与演进、专业课程的设置与学位授予、执照的获得及就业方向、以及教学研究进展等核心问题,阐述其对足病医学学科发展的意义,以期为我国足病医学人才的培养提供借鉴。In recent years, podiatric medicine in China is developing rapidly. Patients are giving more and more respect on their foot and ankle health and the podiatric care demanding is becoming more and more prominent. However, problems regarding the podiatric medicine education in China remain lack of sufficient research; and professionals in this field are still scarce. In contract, in the developedcountries, such as America, Britain, and Australia, the education of podiatric medicine has distinctive features with a long history. It is regarded as an independent medical major. Here we introduce their history back and evolution, professional curriculum setting and degree granting, license acquisition and employment direction, as well as teaching and research progress, in order to provide reference for the training of the training of the medical personnel of foot disease in our country.
