心肺复苏培训模式在中医住院医师规范化培训中的实践与效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨中医医院住院医师规范化培训中的心肺复苏技能培训的标准化方案。方法选择于2016年4～7月期间在广东省中医院进行住院医师规范化培训，并参加心肺复苏技能考核的医生，根据是否自愿参加心肺复苏培训系列培训课程，将受试者分为A组以及B组，比较两组的考核情况。结果两组在胸外按压（P=0．001）以及通气效果（P〈O．001）存在明显统计学差异。A组的男性（P=0．001）以及BMI较大的人群（P=0．005）在胸外按压效果方面有明显的统计学优势。结论心肺复苏培训系列培训课程，通过小班制上课、教一练结合、强调心肺复苏的实际质量、增加培训频次，可切实提高心肺复苏的培训效果。Objective Discussion on the standardized training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills in the standardized training of resident doctors in Chinese medicine hospital. Methods Subjects that had participate in the CPR skills assessments were recruited from April to July 2016 in Guangdong Provin- cial Hospital of Chinese medicine. According to participated in CPR training courses or not, subjects were divided into group A and group 13, and compared the assessments. Results There were significant differences in the effect of chest compression （ P 〈 0. 001 ） and ventilation （P〈0. 001 ）. Men （P = 0. 001） and BMI larger population（P=0. 005） of group A had a better chest compressions effects. Conclusion Training in small class combine with teaching and training, emphasis on the quality ofCPR and increase in the {requency of training is the characteristics of CPR training courses that can improve the effect of the CPR training.
