参麦注射液对乳腺癌患者术后化疗导致心肌损害的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨参麦注射液对乳腺癌术后化疗患者心肌损害的保护作用。方法将80例乳腺癌患者按照随机方法分为对照组40例和观察组40例,对照组给予环磷酰胺+氟尿嘧啶+表柔比星方案进行化疗,观察组在对照组化疗基础上给予参麦注射液治疗。观察2组临床症状和心功能变化,并检测2组肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、血清肌钙蛋白(c Tn I)、丙二醛(MDA)、总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平。结果化疗后1周观察组中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组E/A、LVEF均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),血清MDA、cTnI、CK、CK-MB均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),而SOD、GSH水平均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论参麦注射液用于乳腺癌术后化疗能够有效预防患者心肌损伤,缓解临床症状,改善氧化应激反应,提高术后治疗效果。Objective It is to investigate the protective effect of Shen Mai Injection on myocardial injury caused by postoperative chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer. Methods 80 cases of breast cancer were divided into control group（ 40cases） and observation group（ 40 cases） according to the randomly method. The patients were treated with cyclophosphamide,Fluorouracil and Epirubicin chemotherapy regimen in the control group,and plus Shen Mai Injection based on the treatment of the control group in the observation group. The changes of clinical symptoms and cardiac function were observed in 2 groups,and the levels of creatine kinase（ CK）,creatine kinase isoenzyme（ CK- MB）,serum cardiac troponin I（ c Tn I）,malondialdehyde（ MDA）,total superoxide dismutase（ SOD） and glutathione（ GSH） were detected. Results After 1 weeks of chemotherapy,the TCM symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ all P 〈0. 05）,the E / A and LVEF were significantly higher than those in the control group（ all P 〈0. 05）,and the serum levels of MDA,c Tn I,CK- MB and CK were significantly lower than those in the control group（ all P 〈0. 05）,however the levels of GSH and SOD were significantly higher than those in the control group（ all P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shen Mai Injection for breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy can effectively prevent the myocardial injury of patients,relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the oxidative stress reaction,improve the postoperative therapeutic effect.
