摘　　要：在新的经济形势下,推进非公有制经济的可持续发展需从供给侧改革着手。针对非公有制经济存在的供需结构性失衡、产业层次低、创新驱动不足、资金困难、宏观政策调控框架还需进一步完善等供给侧障碍,必须加快推进供给的结构性调整,调整产业结构,完善可持续性发展的动力机制,创造良好的投融资环境,完善宏观政策调控框架。Under the new economic situation, to promote the sustainable development of the non-public economy should be by the reform on the supply side. Now the non-public economy has obstacles on the supply side such as structural imbalance between supply and demand; low level of industry; innovation drive insufficiency; financial difficulties and further perfecting the macro policy regulatory framework. Therefore we must promote structural adjustment; adjust the industry structure; improve the dynamic mechanism of the sustainable development; to create a good investment environment and improve the macroscopic policy framework.
