摘　　要：流动学生党员的教育与管理是新形势下高校党建的重要课题,学生党员的教育与管理应实现三个有效转变:教育管理主体从"单个"向"多个"转变,教育方法从"理论灌输"向"立体呈现"转变,党员评价指标从"单一"向"复合"转变。The education and managements of flowing student Party members remain to be an important topic in Universities’ Party building under the new normal. Three effective alterations must be achieved： education management subject alters from single one to more; education methods alter from theoretical aspect to all-round aspects; Party member assessment index alters from single index to synthetic indexes.
